يخفف بنسبة 100 جرام زيت نكهة مركز عليهم 100 جرام زيت عباد الشمس ويستعمل 3 جرام على كيلو اللحمة أو الفراخ أو أي نوع آخر من الطعام يمكن زيادة كمية الزيت أو التقليل حسب الرغبة
